The hotel had superb rooms with nice private bathrooms, and my balcony had a view to the pool that was simply greta. The service was top-notch, ensuring all our requests were quickly taken care of. The location was ideal, nestled in lovely gardens just a few meters from 5th Ave yet remarkably quiet. The dining options were excellent, especially for dairy products. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
